Returns and Exchanges

Return Shipping: If you have either ordered the wrong product, the wrong size, or have received an item that for any reason you are unhappy with, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If a mistake was made by HSK, please let us know ASAP and we will take full responsibility for the issue and cover all return costs associated with the mistake.

Refunds: If “Refund” is selected a credit will be issued for returned merchandise back to the credit card/payment method used. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges: Any price differences will be refunded back to the credit card used and/or we will send an invoice for any balance due and contact you if necessary. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
